Under Ohio law, there is a mandatory administrative suspension of your driver's license for a minimum of 90 days if you are arrested for DUI or OVI, and test above the legal limit. If you refused the breath test, your driver’s license will be administratively suspended for a minimum of one year. We have, in the past, filed successful challenges to the administrative suspension on behalf of our clients.
